Products and license: The AI Profit Code provides digital educational content, training, tools, and related materials. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the content for your own individual use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or reproduce the content in whole or in part.

Intellectual property: All content, including text, videos, graphics, templates, and materials, is the property of The AI Profit Code and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

Payments and subscriptions: Prices are listed at checkout. Subscription products, such as The Mainframe, bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; see our Refund Policy for details. All sales are final and non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use: You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, and not to copy or redistribute our content.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
